NF has gotten a fair amount of love. Perception debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200. Let You Down peaked at #12 on the Hot 100 and Lie peaked at #48. Although i think he deserves more, his name is definitely more out there now than it was before the release of Perception.

Speaking as a therapist, this has to be one of NF's most underrated and underappreciated songs. He absolutely nails the relationship struggles of those with history of insecure attachment in this song.

As far as a rapper who's main focus isn't to make every single song about praising Jesus or mentioning Jesus's name, but rather to talk about his struggles, pain, emotion, talk about real life problems, love, etc in a normal-person way, then yes he's one of the few rappers that does this. But in regards to rappers not cussing or talking about trashy things, he's far from the only one.

soldseperately by only one i just meant it as in the only one so far that i have enjoyed listening to. i didnt mean hes the only clean rapper who raps about actual life problems ,and not about sex/drugs & all that other stuff. i know there are more clean rappers... sorry maybe i should have been more specific.

At this current moment NF has a song for every emotion i'm feeling. He is one of those rappers that spits nothing but the cold hard truth and while it can make me cry sometimes its worth every tear. The guy really needs to be seen by the world.
