I heard of Tommee Proffit after being an NF and Fleurie fan and realized who produced his music. I’ve been a Tommee fan ever since...he keeps bringing the heat.

Well, usually hip hop doesn't. It includes some keys, bells or something like that for the lead and some basic drums and an 808 of course, normally. But Tommee being a cinematic music producer, likes to do those sort of experiments with other genres. And Nate's hip hop is also sort of cinematical/orchestral type. So yeah Skrillex's an electronic music producer. It's a given his projects would have tons of layers.

This is one of the greatest songs ever made. The energy is charismatic and the tone is excellence.
A sign of great production is that nearly every element is noticeable and needed. Tommee has absolutely NAILED that with these tracks. Listening to him describe pretty much every layer I was like "Oh yeah I remember that part." The fact that each part of the track feels iconic and memorable is a testament to the fantastic production that went on behind the scenes. Masterpiece

Two+ years of listening to NF, I had no idea who was the producer, I never searched it. Just got this video in recommended and I was like: of course... Who else would it be... Respect.

This is just awesome, I always love when producers are willing to show how they create some of their work, and in this case, this song/instrumental is a full masterpiece. This is one of the hardest hitting and epic beats/instrumentals I've heard and I really appreciate you taking the time to break it down and make us appreciate it even more, and also being able to show love to the one who created it. This is amazingly helpful for those of us who are just starting out with music production. I’m teaching myself by trying to recreate tracks that I love by ear, but it can be tough without the underlying knowledge and theory, so this was awesome!
