And I just have to say I’ve only been listening to NF for 7 months. But I had a car wreck 7 months ago and I’m laying in bed 23 hours a day because I have a lot of nerve damage and can’t walk anymore but I’m still working on it and I will soon. That brings me to my point friends, I truly believe that you find NF’s music and artistry when you most need it in life sir. This was the first song I ever heard of his then I took the same journey you’re on and his music totally changed my entire perspective on life. Seriously. Representing Canada here. And, yes, there have been times where I have very seriously questioned reality. Haha Personally, I relate to this song immensely. The numbness, disconnection from the person I used to be. Feeling like I'm only witnessing my life instead of living it. Not living in the moment. NF helps me to get it all back.

I love this song, I relate to that feeling of shutting down emotionally and just feeling numb inside. When you grow up with trauma this is something that becomes a life long struggle. But, it's important to learn more about these things and grow to the best of our ability. I love you guys, your reactions and conversations are so genuine and thoughtful and funny! It's very simple and that makes it very difficult to understand for humans.... We are not our thoughts. We are the observer of our thoughts. Once you are able to seperate that difference, we are free... sadly... that sounds very simple but it is in fact the most difficult thing to comprehend for people... Since once you accept that truth... it raises the most terrifying question of all..... If I am not my thoughts..... then.... what and who am I??
