This programme was held at choklangan village on 10th - 11th March 2016 with the collaboration with Eastern Handicraft Choklangan. The participants are from Assam and manipur. Defferent kinds of cultural activities are displayed by every states. The was kick up by deputy director art and culture nagaland.
