I'm the biggest Nexz fan and I loved this debut, but what was actually funny about what you said about Hyui's rap was that it's usually because your not a strong singer but he was actually one of the best singers on the show lol. I think he rapped because he's one of the more versatile members like Tomoya (he ranked 2nd in the vocals category on Nizi Project Season 2, ranked 1st overall, and is the Leader) I hope you check out their dance practice's called Nexz Archive because they're so talented! They haven't done any singing covers yet but if you want to hear their great vocals, please start with Because of you from the show because that performance has all the members who made the group and Stray Kids as judges! Also Hyui's the rapper that you didn't care for but his singing in this was amazing because like I said he's mainly a singer who was forced to rap lol.

Let me clear up my statement. I wasn't commenting on the person who did the rap, but more so the rap itself. Basically that type of rap is a rap you do if you're labeled the Rapper because you cant be the vocalist. But, for know unless they comeback with something I really love I don't think I'll be diving into them too much :(

Since you didn't like their debut, you can check their dance performance videos with famous choreographers like kirsten, these videos are called nexz archive in their channel, they have one if not the best dance line in 5th gen

For me the dancing was the best part. This will make my playlist... but as like... lofi bg music to get work done. HOWEVER... I've seen what these guys can do from Nizi Project and their pre-debut stuff and the song has enough... not potential, but something similar where my ultimate thoughts at the end were "not a great debut by any means... I'm shocked JYP let this be their debut track... but let them cook... LET THEM COOK... there's something THERE... they just haven't found it yet"

Yeah the choreo was so fun. And i get why JYP are trying to branch out into different genres, but this one is a bit too underwhelming and more chill. And as talented as the members are if the producers creative direction is flawed the members will never shine :(

I liked the song except the sped up part and the last rap. They almost kill the song for me if it wasnt for the slow down with the "we can't turn it off" part which is going to get stuck in my head the rest of the year.
