Thanks for the video, looks like a helpful product outside the fact that their video meetings are limited to 45 minutes which is going to be a tough sell as most meetings, especially with several people go beyond 45 min. This seems more beneficial if your a sales department and having short demos and sales calls with people, not for an actual company using it internally for meetings.

What made you decide to forgo working with Vonage and move over to Nextiva? And, do you use a CRM with your VOIP service? Thanks!

I would love for different color schemes and definitely a dark mode. It would knock it out of the park if this could include task management with recurring tasks etc.

there is no call recording, no way to pull out the data for all missed and returned call in a report. can you pls explain.

Do you mean a cap of how many participants can attend the video meeting, or do you mean a cap as to "how many total or simultaneous" video calls you can make or receive? Please specify and I'll find out for you.

Yes, it says on their website 45 minute max for video calls on every plan.

We are using Nextiva and we HATE HATE HATE it in our office!! HATE IT! no support and really hard to use!!

Does Nextiva or NextivaONE integrate with Chime CRM? Hard to find those answers or users online...

From what I can see at a glance, it doesn't appear that NextivaONE integrates with ChimeCRM. That is one of its biggest limitations (that we even mentioned in our Nextiva 2023 review: kzread.info/dash/bejne/n5mrl5eppZOneM4.html ) is that it currently only integrates with a small handful of CRM systems, but we do expect that list to grow and expand as time progresses.
