The difference is that Aespa's version sounds vibrant, and this one sounds darker and matured. I just lowkey wished that Aepsa's version used the same key as of this one, because the song (especially the bassline) sounds more powerful in E minor than in F# minor.

Everybody be bashing SM for making it worse but i really love AESPA’s version. They just took this song, mashed it up with a super jazzy instrumental to show off the vocals of ningning and winter. SM just wanted to bring something new to the industry and i find that very courageous from them. And personally i think that they succeeded.

I think im the only one who like both original version and aespa's version. I know aespa's version kinda mess but SM has always try to make another level of song just like snsd - igab and nct - resonance. Not to mention shinee sherlock has two different song (clue and note) and then they mix together into one song. Sm basically like to experiment everything to make it different from others.
