Yeah you can visibly see his confidence rising everytime we see him and he shows it on and off the feild CJ is going to be a different kind of beast I think hes gonna become a great competitor in the league one of the best we may ever see in our modern Era and thats competing with alot of big names this giy is so young and talented I really hope the Texans do good for this young man it seems they understand their position and have been capitalizing accordingly they just need to keep it up stay consistent and stay in sync these guys have alot of young potential stars we may not win every game but we're gonna put up some stats and thats something Texans haven't had for so many years we finally have a team ❤

He has such a quick release now. It seems faster since College. It's been a joy watching his early NFL career games.

That isn't a quick release that's a mid release fast release is Levi's and Josh Allen or a Steve McNair stroud is to me a black version of Peyton Manning tall throws tall slow scrambler but a damn good QB very smart.

He is averaging 2 a game which would give him 32 or so for the year. That would have had him at top 5 last year. This year his already top 5 QB overall…he is doing just fine for a someone that just turned 22. His teammates have to help him out as well. I’m sure 3-4 TDs games are in his future.

Texans fans like myself are glad the Texans have CJ

He throws a very catchable ball. Some guys consistently force it, but he knows how to use his body momentum and flick the ball when needed instead of overthrowing. It's a thing in baseball as well, where a guy fields a ground ball on the run and doesn't realize he just has to go through the motion and throw and the ball will have some heat to it. Athletes will know what I'm saying lol

Stroud will prove the doubters wrong just like our boy JJ Watt did.

I agree but JJ is greatest Texan of all time. Young CJ has a long ways to go to be on that level of greatness.

It's everything u want in a qb quick and accurate

I labeled him as a bit of a first read qb... but if you slow it down he's making reads, they're just incredibly fast. He makes 3 looks very early in his dropback and is able to get it out to his best option in very quickly. He's winning with a strategy we haven't quite seen before

Bryce Young and the Panthers are 0-5. When the Texans won the last game last year I thought it was some crazy Lovie Smith scandal! I was thinking they can’t win all year and the game I want them to lose so we have the first pick they win?!?! I was mad as Sh!t lol. Then they scoop up CJ and do the crazy trading up for Will! I’m my opinion best players at their position in the whole draft! I LOVED this past off season. My only knock… is the draft before… dude we could’ve had Sauce. Instead we have this great potential in Sting that can’t play! Y’all heard it before! The best ability is availability! Sting can’t play a full season! Meanwhile Sauce got defensive rookie of the year! Cmon man stop sugar coating it! Nick f up! Next year is year 3 of the picks he got for Watson. He’s 1/1. Next year we’ll see if he should be fired or not. I didn’t even mention Kenyon Green.

If I was a Panthers fan I would be absolutely sick right now. What in the world were they thinking passing on this dude. If I was the HC of the panthers and the owner forced me to pass on Stroud for Young, I would resign after the year.

To be fair! Young has always looked like the better player.. From high school to the elite 11 and in college.. It was damn near a no-brainer to pick Young over Stroud.. His height was the only issue.. Which now seems to actually be the issue... I believe Young can make the same throws as CJ.. He's just short.. And I'm a Texans fan.. I wanted Young and glad we have Stroud instead.. lol
