I will 100% agree on the sales and service exprience from mahindra. They are like ' lena hai lo warna aage jao' footpath vendor type behaviour, after sales dont expect any better services from them.

Seems there’s lot of difference between Mahindra’s Delhi dealers and small town dealers, I’m presently using XUV300 and earlier had Quanto, my service experience with both cars is excellent (Shri Durga Moti Nagar, New Delhi) although had some minor issue in my 300 (2020) but Shri Durga service team gave full support and sorted it out. Another thing I want to add is, Quanto was feature wise far ahead to TUV or today’s Neo, Mahindra also started cost cutting may be bcos of Stage 6 sensors their cost is getting higher, so they cutting cost on features.. I personally feel Mahindra should give 6 speed gear box in Neo like it was in Marrazo…. It will become more refine

Mahindra has done a great job with NVH, even being a 3 cylinder diesel motor it makes almost no sound, their 4 cylinder 2.2 Mhawk is just like Maruti's petrol engine 🫡🫡

Don't fall for such traps, go do the test drive of the vehicle at least 3 times, then decide.

I'm form Korba Chhattisgarh... I'm happy with my bolero and also sells and services experience.

Great review of amazing car/suv I do own same But the story is very different Having both sides with lot of masala magic.

​@@ravinderkarki4258Not at all. It is a very unsafe car. Go for Nexon. It is a much better and safest car than Bolero Neo. Nexon is the most safest car in it's segment. XUV300 or Bolero Neo is nothing but a big zero in front of Nexon.

I can't agree more. Mahindra thinks that key are doing some favour to customers. The showroom guys are very arrogant. I had booked a xuv 300 from one of the mahindra showroom in Delhi, they kept lingering the delivery and when asked for a tentative date, they said that they can't provide any tentative date. They were like take it or leave it, we don't care. Finally cancelled the booking after waiting 4 months for which they deducted 1100. I pledged not to buy any mahindra that day. Bought home a Tata. Found the showroom much professional and co-operative.

The main drawback of Bolero Neo is,it is not available with petrol engine.Petrol engine from XUV 300,or a new 1.5 litre engine needed.

This is an eye opener. We were planning to buy one. Now we need to reconsider our plans. Thanks for the video.

Mahindra should focus on Mileage too. They are among the lowest in respective segments.

Well i hv different experience of my Bolero neo delivery experience The cake cutting celebration was there and i also got a fair discount and accessories from Mahindra👍🎉🎉But yeah i m agree that after sales service is so poor.....

Showroom par depend krta h... mere yha Dahod (Guj) mahindra showroom walo ki service and behavior acha h, but jha se mene Car li Dahod k pass Jhabua (MP) se unko koi pdi nhi...

Same experience we had for our 'mahindra marazzo' ,we took delivery from pune,maharashtra....Worst sales & service experience..Don't know when Mahindra will improvise..

Is bolero neo n4 model, good fit for long distances say 1000km or more??? Or punch or other sub compact suvs are better option in the range of 10 lacs?? My personal preference is either small subcompact like punch which i.can get under 8 lacs, or a sub compact 7 seater like bolero neo.

I had also bought xuv300 from saharanpur dealer and I fully agree, experiance in this dealership is very horrible. Mine was even worst.

Bahut achhe se bataya Sir ne aaj...

Please bataiye ki verna ko 5 star mil gae aur fir bhi structure unstable bataya h global ncap ne ye kese?

If only it came with a 4 cylinder engine, it would’ve been a perfect car! I was seriously considering getting one.

Indian companies both tata and Mahindra need to up their customer delight services, sirf safety ke naam par gaadi bech toh dete hain , but I have been hearing many customers complaining after sales services.

Classic is best for manly handling.... repairs and service experience is excellent in Arunachal Pradesh

He is correct...i have face same near about situation by Mahindra... Mahindra service centre are not up to mark like Hyundai

While this car might look superior in person, buying almost flop product is a gamble in India. Learnt that after getting a new punto.

I had issue with AC with i20. After exact 120 kms the AC used to only make noise of throwing air. But no cooling

That key keeping scenario was actually not that bad , Because people usually skip their first service but the car really needs an inspection after first 1000kms

I am also facing the issue of mileage,always giving 13km/l at any road condition

I am an XUV 300 owner, my experience in both sales and service in Delhi is satisfactory. The sales person and the team lead both were very cooperative. Bought the same from Mahindra dealer at Wazirpur, Delhi

Service experience with Tata and Mahindra is horrible everywhere but you will get similar horrible experience with one Maruti Dealer (OSL Baguiati , Kolkata). In any event, the overall service experience with other Maruti dealers are superb!!

Nexon kisi Dibbe me bnd kr diya ho aise lgti h and neo kisi bde room ki tarah lgti h jha suffocation feel nhi hota but features kam h.

Mujhe to personally lgta hai ki jo sales outlets hote dealers unke hisab se aapko us specific company ka experience aata ata hai jo ki mahindra is reputed company all over India but some specific dealers not customer satisfaction service with happy relationship maintain otherwise Owner of the mahindra is very smart and humble person i think.

I am one of them.

I got regular mileage of 19.1 kmpl in city with AC on always an on highway 23.1 kmpl with occasional y active cruise control . I have an N10 black 1 year old bolero neo.

2012 Hyundai Verna 1.6 (petrol) or 2015 Tata Zest xt (petrol).. which one to consider to buy as second hand..???

I can absolutely second this. I had booked XUV300 W6 Diesel but the customer reps were just not concerned at all. I had to beg, convince and finally fight for a test drive. Then on the day of booking-the customer care rep came to talk to me and then went to a internal meeting apparently and made us sit for 2 hours and then made the booking. Wanted to get insurance done because I was saving 50%. Had to fight for this as well. Then, I wanted to actually upgrade my booking to a w8 so called them back up and they didn't answer. Found out that they had lost my cheque. And misplaced my file. I absolutely loved that vehicle but cancelled it because I was shit scared. Because if the presales was lioe this I could only think about hiw bad post sales was going to be. So i dropped the idea.

Bolero neo N8 book karke 2days me cancel kari no doubt with powerful engine isko chalane ki feel hi alag hai but Pune jaise city me Jaha traffic day by day kaafi bad raha hai isliye mujhe manual se automatic me jaana tha , isme automatic nai tha and upar se diesel engine me hi aati hai jo ki again long time me risk hai 😢😢
