JKS winning mvp in their last tourney win wanted a salary raise which G2 was not willing to give. Its understandable when you show results so consistently and feel undervalued by the org. Nexa although not being able to fill JKS shoes, has done decent enough

I'm happy for Nexa and all, glad he got a trophy, but G2 should seriously consider replacing him if they want Monesy and Niko to be able to lift the trophy in Shanghai - and no, stewart2000 is not the answer, it's a miracle his shaky aim and panicked sprays didn't get them eliminated but he had an admirable performance given the short notice. Also had decent impact and was selfless in a lot of situations. But Nexa probably had the lowest impact rating of any tournament winner that wasn't and IGL in LAN history, definitely in CS2, people will say bad tournament etc, but his whole play style leaves a lot of pressure on Niko to find openings and Monesy to carry.

bro you are blind stew as an entry fragger had way more impact than hooxie he creates so much space and always gets minimum 1 person. Its insane if you think he didn't have a good performance when being on a 5 year hiatus. He probably can be the answer for G2 since he give so much room for niko and monesy to operate

Think if Stew had more time he could get better. The pressure seemed to be getting to him during finals. The possibility that this could be his final match if he doesn't win would affect any players gameplay. He was getting better each match until the first match against Vitality than came back match two and three.

Completely agree. Current stewie is not good enough to be in this G2 roster, though huge congratulations to him for winning the tournament after a long break. Monesy and Niko really showed up throughout the tournament, and hunter also stepped up massively in key moments. I hope the best for nexa though, he seems really likable in these interviews.
