Great video of announcements including my favourite to Glasgow Central

Nice recordings the start of the video I have NEVER heard Anne's "Ready to leave" announcement on a GWR station usually at London Terminus station. There seems to be alot of announcement fights with Anne & Rodger at Newton Abbot.

Thanks Jamie! Yes it’s very rare on GWR. I heard it once before at Exeter Central, where I also heard Anne announce ‘Stand back from the train at Platform 3, this train is ready to leave’

I have heard it a couple of times in the past but yeah it is very uncommon.

@@AdamsRailClips I wonder if it was because of social distancing, GWR seem to have some very strange announcement such as "this train is ready to leave" at Newton Abbot and Exeter Central

Great station. In the future could you possibly do Poole or Weymouth.

Thanks! I tried Weymouth before but the announcements weren't working properly there

Nice announcement video! A shame the 'doors at the extreme ends' announcement is not said by Rodger.

Thanks Tom! I think it was only temporary as they no longer announce it. These recordings were made a couple of months ago.
