Once our cast went to a Baskin Robins after our 2nd show and the staff there said if we didn’t quiet down (we were singing my shot at the top of our lungs-even though we were all from the cast of BATB) then we would be kicked out then we started yelling “LET THE DRAMA KIDS BE DRAMATIC”

Oh and Lumiere only took half his costume off (idk how they let him leave set) so he had his candlestick hand still on and dropped his ice cream 😭

I was a part of newsies at our school last year but I was only a chorus member so I was just in the ensemble. I only made one friend and that was during the second to last rehearsal but luckily were still friends! I had fun performing the show

its about the newsboy strike of 1899! its like a realistic historical fiction musical that’s kind of like about the rise of the underdogs and has some romance and stuff

one of the people that plays race is not a fan of me and the other tries to stay off of social media for the most part, and the reasons for the other missing characters are pretty similar!
