C'es une idée formidable idée ! 0.27 Superbe, la salle à manger 0.30 Cet endroit aussi, magnifique 0.32 Cette image est belle 0.46 Celle-là aussi ! 1.00 Et celle-là ! 1.16, 1.24, fantastique ! 1.48 Vraiment magnifique ! 2.07 Un peu trop d'excès dans le luxe, là. C'est la peine, une salle de bain aussi grande ? 1.21 Là, c'est beau 2.37 Cette salle de bain, mieux 4.14 Oui, c'est classe C'est splendide, cette architecture inspirée de l'antiquité. Sublimes, complètement sublimes certains endroits. Par moment, d'autres un peu trop chargé et un peu trop luxueux. J'aurais simplifié un peu. Globalement, très belle découverte. Merci !

Beautiful - though the real market value at the moment (Sep. 2019) is probably $10 million less. Has they listed it at $18,888,888, they might have sold already. All the Best.

Pretty, but to blocky for my taste. Its like it was inspired by the Italian dwarfs of Moria.

At that price I'd need an acre more and it all gated with more privacy. I'd negotiate at 18-19Ms.

CC Acre? This is Southern California, not West Virginia. It’s location and view. Your knowledge of real estate is of total ignorance. You can’t afford it, anyway, and you have no clue about how to negotiate. If someone came in with an offer 10 million below the listing, they wouldn’t even respond to you, or they would tell you to go fuck yourself. By low balling that badly you’d NEVER have a chance at buying that home. In the slim to none chance it’s on the market for awhile and actually dipped to around that price range, if you tried to make an offer the owner would say “Oh, you’re the dumbass who low balled us by 10 million when we first listed, go fuck yourself.”

You were right, thing sold for way less than they asked for.

While the views are amazing, there are privacy issues, 4:32 the houses below you can see your bedroom balcony so you cant just walk out naked.

ApexWaggish I’ve been to the house, met the owner at a party for 4th of July. The owner also built this house along with several others on the street. I went up on the master balcony, there is no angle in which any of the balconies or windows of the neighboring house you’re referring to could ever possibly see in. From this angle it looks like it’s possible but trust me, it’s not.

It is not High Class but middle or down Class
