Absolutely! It was a bit too early for us to really explore. Most of the park did not open until May 19th, however, Western Brook Pond was BEAUTIFUL!!

I can’t get over how picturesque and rugged the coastline is! It’s so incredibly beautiful! You almost need a boat to fully appreciate it. A drone helps too😃

I just so appreciate your amazing filming and editing skill, and your natural "eye" for beauty. It's truly like actually being there. Those pizza's!! What can I say? YUM!! Quite the name for sure! Maybe the mountains looked like a horse but we just couldn’t see it due to clouds!

It was a rainy mystical day on the boat. I loved this video and the music chosen to make it a magical scenic view of the land, clouds and waterfalls. thank you for sharing.

I LOVE that you guys showed the reality of vanlife with the propane issue. I have been exploring the pizza idea for quite some time. Where did you get that pizza thingy on the bottom of the cast iron pan? I think the best thing that I really admire about you guys is that you have such a way of just doing the best you can with what you are blessed with and making the best of things. I like that you find happiness in the simplicity of things.

I know Lodge has a cast iron trivet/meat rack that will absolutely keep your pizza from burning on the bottom. Carrie may have a personal preference of another type. Nothing worse than burned crust and undone toppings!

I do believe it is a lodge cast iron trivia. We bought it at cabelas when we bought the cast iron pan. I think the pan is a 10 inch pan. We love it!

@@oneadVANtureatatime thanks for the info about the trivet. I really love my cast iron pans and would love to be able to do a stovetop pizza in my van, or at home when it’s too hot to heat up the oven. I’ll check Cabelas.

Thanks for the tip on the kennels and for showing them. We are doing this boat tour and definitely won’t be using those kennels.

Any cattle ranching (dairy or beef) on New Foundland?

I do not put my fur baby in a create for any reason known to man....Did that once and for whatever reason, she started shaking so uncontrollably bad it scared me and i felt like somebody's butt for it...3 yrs later , to this day...Ive never seen her shake like that since and i dont want to...She seems to equate the create with something bad going to happen and i just cant do that to her anymore....Hope your enjoying your Canada time, stay safe, be well....

Crates are great for dogs that are used to them but that setup looks pretty sketchy.

I’m thinking about if I should carry a inflatable boat with my RV to Newfoundland ? Is there any public boats launch available? Thanks? Boats launch friendly for tourists?

+Doug Olson I would say may 15th is a soft opening. Most places didn’t open until June 1st and some even later….June 15th. We will have a Newfoundland recap of everything you need to know later this summer! Is there anything specific that you are interested in? Maybe we can add it into our video😃

If they allow it you would have to carry it 2 miles up and 2 miles back. Its definitely a big enough body of water to kayak.

I think the wreck of the Titanic is near that area?

Off the coast of St John area. Western Brook Pond is on the west side of newfoundland...titanic wreckage is off the east coast. Right now it is getting lots of publicity with the missing tourist sub.
