YEAH, BABY...... NEWEN..... I was privileged to be at the SHRINE, GBEDU to watch FELA. BABA, The AFROBEATS ORIGINATOR, AND KING perform several countless times. There's only Fela. His music is Enchanting, Spiritual Erotic, Educative, Provocative, Confrontational, Mesmerizing and we can go on. Believe me, however, this group NEWEN makes BABA proud up there. NEWEN continued to carry the AFROBEATS torch high and bright. God continues to bless this group and all they do. I am very grateful, happy, and appreciate your music (Afrobeats) and style, everything flows, never a dull moment. Everyone on the group belongs, tons of positive energy and love, serious and intelligent men and women, I seriously think you guys should do more global tours and spread your message much further. My favorite version of offset people is the one where you guys are in the studio. That version can lift me no matter how low I am. And I didn't think I could find a version that would be as electrifying and amazing, genuine and original as the studio version. But god damn it. You guys did it. I've seen every clip there is by them, I think, about 50 times. In this version of 'Zombie' the Tenor man comes to blow! At 53:58 - what an entrance.

A couple of new members. Man I love these guys. From 58:25 to 1:02:00 is some of the fiercest singing and showmanship I have ever seen. When she ends up in that low note, into the screech, and then hisses like a Jaguar it is f*kin intense.

Just became a major fan and follower of this band. Superb talent and musical style.

Excelente banda realmente un deleite escucharlos....excelentes en el trance el ritmo y todo....increíble de hecho llevando el legado del dios Fela Kuti...una crítica les haría y con mucha altura de miras...pero el compadre q se pone a cantar "opposite people" lo he visto ya como en 3 videos...chucha q es desafinado y no posee fuerza solo entusiasmo en su performance...además no le da la sazón ni menos laafinación para cantar semejante clásico, debería hacerlo la voz principal q tiene un tono esquisito......solo eso....creo que concuerdan conmigo , o no?

Sooo these Hotpants...they dont need it.The Music is Great... Yeah these pants are realy hot (from a mans perspective ,i think)..but the Music is so good they dont need to wear them.
