Last weekend it was DCL DONE DEAL coming to NUFC. Why do people get so wound up when this BS reports come in at the weekend. It's all paper talk and nonsense.

It was inevitable. I wish it would have been to a French club, but can't blame Minteh for wanting PL. Now we can focus on unloading some deadwood.

It's not a fair price, because we have to sell him in a rush before the end of June. We'd probably get more later in the window, or probably double next summer after a year for us in the Premier League.

In the end it’s a relief because we were all terrified of losing Gordon or Isak.Its really sad that we couldn’t keep hold of Minteh though.He could well have been our long term right sided forward.

Brighton were in control so doubt any clauses, we had to sell, but it's PSR nonsense.

Mark my words Minteh will come back to haunt us, he looks like a Beardsley type player, a good all rounder. I think he and Isak would have made a good partnership, it is disgraceful that we have to sell on a timeline, any player we bring in may take time to adjust to our game and maybe the premier league, the back room staff should be working their socks off to sell the unwanted players NUFC have in an abundance, it angers me that a player like Minteh with great potential who fits our footprint is not being allowed to develop with NUFC.

I wish the lad all the luck and success in the world he would have loved to have stayed at Nufc but the red cartel and the PL allowing these rules to protect a few clubs is a fuc*ing disgrace clubs having too sell young players from their academy is absolutely ridiculous🤬 how is this the way to treat young talented players from any club they are caught up in a game which they have very little say. @premierleague this is not the way forward you are killing the game that laid the golden egg and stopping clubs from having ambition to challenge for trophies and actually making the league much more competitive. 🤬🤬🤬

Totally agree, taking a young player away from their local club not only Denny the potential development, he or she, would enjoy with the local fans approving their skill sets, but those young souls are denied the security of their family in times of need, I wonder how many, young potentials loose track of their football carriers because of loneliness, let’s see 👀what happens to Anderson and his future at Nottingham. I also wish him all of the best. As for these new rules, I hope Karma catches up with the so called Big 6, starting with the Banks foreclosing on the overspending debt ridden Mancs, that will shut the mouths of Ratlip and co😂😂✌️😆

Why would youngsters sign forms for a premier league club hoping they will make the first team only to be traded against their will to satisfy the needs of very rich clubs who wanted to leave and form a super league. Youngsters would be better joining championship down so when they eventually achieve their wish money is transferred down the leagues directly for educating these youngsters.

He made the right call because of all the injuries. Newcastle could have been further lower in the table. Almiron refuses to leave. But still it's how they've spent and poor planning that brought them into this situation

I told fans we need to behave like brighton and do business like that instead of being a top 6 with a mid level revenue. We knew the rules and broke them now we have lost a big talent. I hope we learn to stop spending way over our affordability.
