Coach Sean Brosnan discusses Newbury Park High School's success after showing they are arguably the greatest U.S. boys high school cross country team in history and carrying over the success onto the track with juniors Lex Young and Aaron Sahlman running the No. 2 and No. 4 all-time marks in the HS Boys Indoor 3,00m and Colin Sahlman running 3:58.81 to become the third-fastest U.S. high schooler ever indoors.

4 high schoolers ever have run under 4 in an indoor mile. Statistically it's pretty impressive. Especially this early in the season. Probably hasn't ever been done this early in the season
