I live about 21 miles south of Lexington Kentucky in a town called Richmond. Now we have some beautiful Thoroughbred horses. But let me tell ya, Y'all have some gorgeous Horses.. and such adorable babies.

Thank you so much for this relaxing video. A true pastoral scene. I found it very interesting how Rain felt that the mud was different and kept running back to it. To confirm that it felt different from the dry ground and the grass. That little brain was learning more than how nice it is to sleep with the sun shining down on you and the birds twittering and mama near by.

Rain is enjoying life. She gets to lay in the sun, run, and kick up her heels. Exploring her pasture is a little scary. but soon, she'll be flying across the pasture with make-believe wings and fire at her heels! what a beautiful filly you have! ❤️. Thank you for no music. Nature sounds are best.

Like any child, she's trying out everything --- running, pacing a bit, checking out the weeds and the mud hole!

This calms the soul. Retired several years ago & had to sell my 9 acres in the country. House was 900 ft off the road & little traffic. Miss being able to do just this from the front porch & listen to the quiet & watch the hens & cows (Jerseys). I'm struck by the color of these girls, especially in the sun. It's striking and so beautiful. Reminds me of the coloring of a couple Boxers I've had in years past. Thank you for sharing this piece of heaven.

Horses in the wild nurse much longer than they do with human intervention. Some can nurse up to a year or until mom knows when it’s time to stop and makes them stop .

I could watch this a million times! Please keep these videos coming! We love seeing what a farm looks like and how God meant for us to live instead of the cement jungles we live in now, with all this stress. May God continue to bless you and yours..

Beautiful little Raine. I bred one of my mares years and years ago and she foaled on Easter day. What a blessing that was, and my dad was there, so that was the best. Of course her nickname was Bunny.

Back in the late '90s I had a little hobby farm and five horses. When my mare had her colt I used to go out in the morning to drink my coffee and watch them in their little 1 acre pasture. The coffee was the excuse to just sit and do nothing. But long after the coffee was cold or gone, I'd still be sitting there, watching my colt try to get his momma to play, have zoomies, or sleep in the sun... listening to the wind in the trees and birdsong. Work could wait. This was heaven. I miss my farm and horses. Thanks for the lovely video. 💙

Emery thanks so much for sharing. I miss having horses. Chablis and Rain are absolutely gorgeous. The quiet calming sounds of nature brought back memories of being at my grandparents. No AC in the summer was probably rough for my parents. Southern East Texas heat can be rough in the summer. As kids it was nothing to us. I remember those early morning sounds of the birds singing and the occasional train in the distance (trains were 24/7) Thanks again for sharing y’all’s journey! ✝️🙏🏼❤️
