Thanks for the review. Yes, I would like to see a 3.5 inch version of this model.

I'm local to San Diego and I always buy from them. You can just choose local pickup and they will have it ready same workday. Staff is super nice too. Customer service is good too. It's such a blessing to be living close to one of the best FPV shops (imho) right now. And yes, I bought the StingerBee and picked it up. I have to say, this is my favorite drone by far!!

Not gonna lie I'd love to be local to them, this quad flys amazing

We need a lot more sub250g options now due to all the restrictions. Glad to see NewBeeDrone making stuff that isn't another boring 5-inch clone.

Honestly Newbeedrone makes some good stuff. I remember the first drone I got was the Newbeedrone hummingbird (mockingbird edition)

Blast from the past! Mockingbirds were super fun! I'm glad the Hummingbird line is still around and for the price point, it's just so good. I recommend everyone newbee (newbie hehe) or advanced flying it. It's one of the most versatile whoops out there.

I vote for a 3.5 inch version of this model. It will have more flight time and performance over this one.

The 3" is incredible 😊

Very nice 3" cruiser, under 250, no props in view, and flies great. 👏 3.5" or even 4" under 250 would be nice. Maybe they can just come out with different size arms. Great review and flight!!!

Newbeedrone has another new micro drone for O3 in less than a month!

You know it. There are different flavors of pilots out there. The StingerBee will be for those people who want to explore a lighter 5" while the SavageBee is for someone who is not satisfied with whoops and wants an aggressive outside flyer. Gotta make sure everyone is satisfied. :P

The flight looked really smooth! I agree, a 3.5in review would be awesome. Still think 3.5 is the sweet spot. Small enough to be under 250g but still has enough power to do anything a 5in could do

Since this has GPS, is it remote ID compliant?

Remote ID modules are separate products, not the same as the GPS unit that is in this quad.

Great review of a nice 3" drone that I think should be a 3.5", my preferred "micro" size. Should be easy as pie for them 🥧 That aio fc is interesting, motor pads on either side, not each corner. May need to check it out. Happy flying everyone. 👍🤓

Sick looking drone! I should probably get back into fpv, just trying to figure out if I fix an old drone or buy a freestyle such as this one! Frame design also looks really cool, idk how anyone designs them… I’ve tried a few

I was on the product site and I realized that the 3D printed arm protector is like a cushion. That's interesting. Are there more pictures or any video to show what it looks like? Cuz it's a really good touch so when you land, it's like a litter buffer.

Man all the micros are HD now. Guess you can still make it analog but I want more analog micro frames to keep it as light as possible

Can the $130 AIO be replaced with a cheaper stack? The AIO reminds me of the infinity AIO @ $150 pattyflipzFPV made the first TPU battery straps you can print yourself.

Is stingerbee good for beginners? I would like to just cruise and not do crazy freestyle. Is it worth getting the one with gps since it wont do semi long range anyway with the battery it can hold, whats the point of getting gps?

What about the explorer lr4? Sub250 with 750 mah battery. More of a cruiser, but is it going to be that much of a difference? Lost my 2nd one (ocean this time) and debating what to replace it with in this size class. For me, at this size, flight time more important that freestyle characteristics…that’s what the 5” is for.

I do wonder how this compares to the Babyhawk O3, with the props being smaller. I love the fact this has GPS though. Also, what is the top speed of this thing?

Less power overall and a little less efficient with the small prop.

Yes. Flown with 100% stock settings. I did not change anything.

Is the flight footage from 03 air unit?
