Bon moto
Hello Michael, do you know if there is an aftermarket oil filter for the 350 or a Hiflo version of it? By the way, in the video the oil goes first and then he changes the filter, is that the right sequence? Thanks.

Hi, as far as I know there is not, I did a video in my zontes 310 playlist of me changing my air filter to a ramair foam filter, you buy the ram air foam and change the internal paper element using the housing for the new ram air filter it's easy to do and cost me £5
Hello dear Please can you make video for 350 T headlight bulb exchange

Hi the 350T has all led lights, if any has failed which is rare it will be covered by the warranty I can only suggest that you take it to a zontes dealer as it will be free for them to sort it Cheers
The 310 engine was a dry sump design. It seems that the 350 is wet sump, & therefore easier to service for the home mechanic.

Yes the 350 oil is cooled by the oil radiator where the 310 had two oil pumps and cooled by the upper front frame, the 350 being the standard approach
I have the 310 version of this bike with wire wheels, do you know how to reset the service light? it's now done around 600 miles I changed the oil and filter around 300 miles, the bike has been fine and I love it, I just wondered is there a way to reset the flashing spanner service light without going to a dealer? Thank you.

On my 310 with the bike switched on, below the instrument panel you long press the mode button, which resets and turns off the light, the display has to be in odo mode not trip mode for this to work, regards

I tried it today and it was a long hold on the 'set' button that did the trick, no more spanner light, thanks again.
Hi Michael I have the t350 adventure have you any idea how to adjust rear shock had motorbikes this just seems different Thanks Paul

Hi Paul your owners manual should show you, it's a single central mounted shock that has a bottom nut that you tighten for stiffer or slacken for softer rebound, you use a c spanner designed for this job, have a look in your bike tool wallet, or take a ride to your dealer, it only takes a couple of mins, they would do it I'm sure depending if you want it firmer or softer

@@paullondon7728 yes Paul, there is I think two nuts the first is the locking nut anyway it's best like you say, as c spanners tend to slip,
Is it possible to adjust height for small riders? Do you have any tutorial video? Thank you sir.

Hi do you know what the front and rear tyre pressure should be
@michaelphillips1959
Жыл бұрын
Not exactly yet that Information will be in your owners manual, if I said 28psi front and 32 psi rear which is kind of standard but it might not be for your ride and will alert the tyre pressure warning lights, an owners manual can be found on Clement Moto website
Is there any oem or aftermarket center stand for this bike?

Good morning, can you tell me if valave adjustment is screw and locknut or bucket and shim please?

HI AS FAR AS I CAN RECKON AS I AM NO (oops) engine guru the valve setting is screw and locknut.... taken from the engine maintainence guide here www.sharpon.com/Tayoimg/TsEip/TsEipAnnex/tsAnnex/AnnZT20220711161020684.pdf PROCEDURE: ●Adjust the valve clearance Rotate the intake and exhaust camshafts so that the base circle of the intake and exhaust camshafts is directly on the tappet, and the camshaft can rotate flexibly. Use a feeler gauge to measure the valve clearance. Standard interval of intake valve clearance: 0.13-0.19mm Standard interval of exhaust valve clearance: 0.24-0.30mm If it does not meet the standard, remove the intake and exhaust camshafts, take out the tappet, and replace the valve clearance adjustment pad under the tappet. After the replacement is completed, measure the valve clearance with a feeler gauge again, the adjustment is successful if it is qualified, otherwise continue to replace the valve clearance adjustment pad.

@@michaelphillips1959 - In the manual, on p.15, the under-bucket shim is shown as part "2", and it's called an "adjustment pad". The cam shafts have to be removed to substitute a shim - like any high rpm 4-stroker.
Did you buy the replacing parts(oil filter, airfilter) from Ali express or which place?
