You are using the stove inside the van without proper exhaust or ventilation a lot of people are going to copy you and a lot of them don't even know about carbon monoxide..please warn them carbon monoxide is a silent clear it's a colourless & odourless gas which kills in minutes not hours. If you start your car inside a garage without opening the door or windows of the garage the fumes will kill you in 20 minutes! Just start the van for a few minutes to warm it up why take a chance....using that stove to warm it up is a very stupid idea..not very smart thing to do!

It depends on car company you are renting from. If premium is less you pay more access. Once i paid less premium in Hobart, the access was $2000
