Be realistic, there are nurses in Nz. why would any employer wait for you, he will prefer to give job to those nurses who are already here and have registration, instead of waiting for you to come and start.

Then,Try to secure a job, if you can. Once you get the offer letter, then submit it to the New Zealand Nursing Council, they will fasten up your process.
