Awesome mate! I was in that block this year and saw a Batchelor mob of stags up that creek on the other side of camp! Beautiful part of the world.

Inspiring!me and my wife are just organising our first tahr trip,hopefully in the may holidays if Covid dosnt fuck it up,we never had a honeymoon,this’ll be it :)

Been hanging out for part 2. So good. These are right up there with the best hunting vids in NZ. Top shelf. That stag footage and leave was unreal. Still processing the bull at 23 mins blowing a load into his own mouth. He'll be embarrassed that was caught on camera.

@@mclauchlanhunting9854 cheers man, gave the farmer a 24pack XXXX for a 32 inch rusa, with a 2 year old boy and a 6 week old boy my 7 night solo hunts in the alps havent happened last few years, been shooting heaps of deer for meat but no trophies, when your videos drop on youtube its quality hunting, very similar to my style, go hard go mongrel places grovelling around in the dark in dodgey terrain with a animal on the deck headlights on in the dark, get out as much as you can and make the most of it, I'm lucky my mrs is into it, I have 13 stags plus bull tahr buck cham on my lounge walls, 360⁰, 3.8m stud height, keep up the good work, look forward to more footage of yours, I've shot 3 bulls over 13inch and missed out on a few bigger ones when starting out👍 good on you for letting that stag walk, my urge would of been to squeeze the trigger on my 7mm rem mag, you've got some big reds last few years so I guess that made the decision easier for you, cool to have it roaming the tops like a monarch of the glen 🌄

@@mclauchlanhunting9854yeah man, theres 7 buck cham big nannie 3 bull tahr n a red stag in the 2 year olds room, he can bugle and roar, got the family booked into glazebrook next year for 5 days of activities, me n mrs taking a 12 -13 point red, never thought I'd pay for a hunt but fuck it going to be fun with the family, she got her first deer cuply years ago, massive bodied 8 pointer, 1 shot dropped it while it was fighting another stag right on dark with my sako 75 7mm08 so got her a xbolt hells canyon speed 7mm08 with suppressor and leupold vx3 4.5 -14x40 boone n Crockett reticle for christmas, she puts shots thru the same holes on target, got enough brownie points to go for a hunt myself next year to so looking forward to that, dried cows off monday🌊🏄🏼‍♂️❄🏂🎣🏹🎯🏞 🏕 a big enlarged photo of that stag broadside in a nice totara/rimu native timber frame would look mint man ⚔🛡
