Thank you all for the kind comments, and special thanks to the wonderful folks at Piano Works. The Estonia piano is even more beautiful to play and hear than it appears on a computer. To those of you who requested sheet music of my arrangement, I apologize because there is none. I almost always play by interpreting and improvising off the top of my head (which is increasingly visible). Someone would have to transcribe the finished product for there to be any sheet music. Maybe I'll start to transcribe some of my recordings some day, and make them available. Until then, I would suggest trying to develop your ability to play by ear. I will reciprocate by trying to work on my sight reading. Thanks again and best wishes to all. Blessings, Larry
Um... yeah! Larry, this is the best cover I've ever heard. Your chord choices are perfection. So very talented. Nice.
Great playing of a great billy Joel classic composition. Love this.
Fabulous job, Larry! The piano sounds wonderful.
Incredible. Amazing cover, stunningly played.

....WOW!
Are there sheets available for this version? Such smooth
That Piano is so polished, it looks like a mirror.
Anyway you could send me a link to the sheets or to somewhere i could buy them? Perfect playing and very nice arrangement!
Whoa! That was nice ...
amazing. do you have any piano sheet for this version ? :)
Sometimes words are not enough....
want to sing soulfully while you're playing
now we know why the Russians use Steinway
The piano player is very sensitive but the piano sounds brittled, cold and constrained. Very Estonia.

Truthfully, to properly judge a piano's sound, you have to be right there, standing next to it as it's being played, or playing it yourself. There are a million different things that affect how we hear a piano and probably half or better of them are external. The way the piano is mic'd makes a huge difference, for instance. The size of the room is another one, and it would appear this nine foot beast is in a room that isn't big enough, which would certainly result in a constrained sound. It also doesn't look like there are any acoustic treatments in the room, which can result in a bright or brittle sound.

I’ve played lots of ‘Estonia’ piano’s, and what i love is the sound. It’s such a warm, rich and vibrant tone. If you are refering ‘Very Estonia’ to the country, let me tell you, isn’t a brittled cold and constrained, the people are warm, loving and caring. It’s got a booming economy and is one of the most free country’s in the world. Your words are disrespectful and rude.
