Members from the State Fire Special Operations Branch, New York Task Force-2, State Police, State Department of Environmental Conservation, State Park Police, along with county and local partners, participated in a training exercise on the Mohawk River in Amsterdam, N.Y. The first responders practiced their rescue skills to help individuals during severe weather events including flooding and swift water incidents.
