Yah... personally speaking i think what's mind boggling is this acceptance that its okay for police to use whatever amount of force they want for even the smallest or most arbitrary crimes... or silliest situations, like this. What is truly sad is American's have lost any ounce of their desire to live in a free nation, so much so, that i don't even recognize the American citizen anymore. If this video made the news 30/40 years ago, heads would roll. The public would be outraged but sadly people have completely lost any sense of reasonable force by police and its now just anything goes. Ironically... "ironically" i should say, its generally coming from groups of people who claim to be the most freedom loving patriots in the country. In reality, they're all a bunch of fascists that our grandfathers (or great grandfathers for some of you youngins) would have taken out along side Germany, Italy, Japan and Spain.

It's not power trips when the person screaming at the law and trying to do things unlawfully get caught and try to escape while on camera. Everybody else does what the law says to maintain peach and civility. If the woman had the scooter registered and was riding it on the street I stead of the sidewalk, they would have never talked to her except to say hey how you doing have a nice day. I don't understand how or why anyone would want to be a police officer, having to deal with this kind of universal belligerence. The laws apply to everyone. Your vehicle is required to be registered and have a license plate. "I'm working for Uber Eats!" doesn't supersede that obligation. And when an officer asks you to produce your driver's license, you don't just push the bike and try to run away. I mean, Jesus. Well let me explain how the Cops are wrong here. She was riding a 49 cc scooter. According to law 49 cc scooters do not require a license plate or a license to ride. Now that is enough to teach these cops some law by punishing them instead of providing immunity for such actions.

Honestly if she just said “I’m sorry I didn’t know that I needed a license to drive this” she probably would have got a ticket at the most. The fact that they are claiming police brutality for this really shows their entitlement.
