perhaps wanting to make your dog look fashionable is crazy. But cesar milan and his fanboys who think "being the alpha" and "discipling dog with dominance" are even more crazy. At least these guys aren't advocating the use of shock collars, prong collars, martingales, biting poles, etc etc
