If I have multiple identities does it count if one of my identities does not qualify for food stamps as fraud

I had a letter from the food stamp office saying they got a audit on my cases caseworker that I was over paid for foodstamps after I was let go of my job from my disability. I appealed it 4 times and after the 3rd day in front of the judge I never got the letter of the judges decision after the third time. Come to find out someone that worked there changed my address that I lived at my brother's. He got it one day before my 4th appeal. Is there anything I could do to make whoever did it at the foodstuff office to be held accountable

I need help I can't get them to lift sanction ?! I live in Florida have 2 kids ! And they keep telling me the case is still ongoing!!

I live in Florida too and feel I've been treated badly, even treated with discriminating actions. They are acting just like the people who, they don't like....racists people should not be working for the government.....or any place really!

Does this include money the person receiving from the government

This person told me she has lots and lots of money (her exact word) why is she receiving food stamps and Medicaid? Can the government investigate her for fraud?

@@edithbarana7951 Depends on how one defines "lots and lots of money". There could be non-countable assets that beneficiaries could have and still be eligible. A special needs trust allows Medicaid beneficiaries to inherit wealth without jeopardizing their eligibility for Medicaid. Medicaid is a funding source for paying for services and supports that allows persons with disabilities to live in their communities instead of residential care facilities.
