Музыка
Yamaha guitars has continued to expand their range of cutting edge TransAcoustic guitars with new parlor and classical guitar models. The new CSF-TA and CG-TA are based upon Yamaha brilliant new CSF parlor travel guitarsand ever popular CG classical guitars. The transacoustics technology utilizes on-board electronics and a built-in actuator to create reverb and chorus effects using the guitars physical resonance. Similar in concept to the popular tonewood amp accessory, the TransAcoustic technology provides rich room or hall reverb and bubbly chorus through the sweep of a control knob. Check out our full review and find out that you can get Van Halen style feedback from a classical guitar!

I love the FS-TA first and foremost because it is a stellar sounding and feeling instrument. It has such a mellow smooth and sparkly sound that just sings and rings to my ears. THEN you add in the chorus and reverb effects and good gracious this thing is AMAZING! Why aren't more people freaking out about these?
I like thay little smile he gives when it reverberates. Theae are awesome guitars. So fun. I've always loved Yamaha. Even when made in China, its all under the full direction and factory ownership of the Japanese parent company. They are a standout maker of beautiful instruments, not only of guitars. I will always love Yamaha.
Just purchased one from you store - thanks so much! Really enjoy your videos and I am looking forward to a very new adventure...
Great job. Best video on Yamaha's TransAcoustic classical guitar.
Awesome demo man! Skilled player! I just bought one tonight.
Thank you! I admire your playing excellence.
Love this design. Definitely on my future purchase list.
I like the sound if the classical and size of the parlor. Excellent concept. I hope they add delay and presets and maybe eq's and compression in the future

I don't think you can compress an acoustic wave, you can only do that inside of a circuit. Delay is a good idea though.
Wow!!! That cute parlor is all you need
bought the classical after year of looking around and your video sealed the choice for me. Godin is nice but not beachworthy.. I've had it a year now and have turned many heads people keep looking for the wires LOL> sounds amazing and best purchase ever. extensive research sure paid off in this case. thank you for what you do.
Thanks Chris and for the beautiful playing! I am a big steel string player though I have a Cordoba and old Martin 00-18 G . I cannot believe the difference in the electronics ??
those are some really pretty chords- nice work. I got the Yamaha SLG, I gotta get these next
I need a TransAcoustic. Sound great. Really want the classical but would use the parlor more.
I got the LS-TA, my first steel string in 40 years, and loved it immediately. Being foremost a classical player, and needing a good 6-string to get back my chops before I tackle my 10-string. I have two others, including a Yamaha whose action is too high, the other is a cheapo. So I went ahead and got the Cg-TA, and oh, My. God. Carlevaro never sounded so good.
Finally someone did a thorough explanation on the trans acoustic technology, thanks man! Very nice comparison too, you play them much better than the gs minis.
Wow... Really impressive honestly. Phenomenal playing. I am really looking at the parlor for my first acoustic
Wow he plays the same fingerstyle pattern but those effects, are on fire its sounded way beautiful

What size battery do I need for the CFS? I left it on for weeks. It sounds wonderful without battery the battery, however.
Although both guitars sound wonderful, I am leaning toward the CSF-TA transAcoustic Parlor. Thanks for the demonstration, Chris.
Classical sounds fantastic. Very smooth playing! I'm curious as to what strings you have on the classical?
You already sold me on the Taylor A10 or 12, leaning towards the 12. I don't need the e, since I don't have the guts to play in public, but I do wish it came with the cutaway. I want to start playing again and I'm going to have to relearn EVERYTHING! Can you get a hard case with that instead of the gig bag? You play beautifuly. I can see you really get into it. Thanks for the excellent guitar reviews, you helped me a lot .

Chris, How's the playability for the CSF-TA for non-classical player? Thank you so much for the great review!
that is sick
This is awesome. No more going through a Line6 Pod.
I believe you label the classical guitar wrongly. It should be CG-TA instead of GC-TA. Having said that, excellent review and playing!
Just can't decide between the Taylor GS Mini and Yamaha CS-TA. Any suggestion and why would you buy one over another? Much appreciated!
they need the nylon in a crossover/hybrid! i would buy that in a heartbeat
I could go for a classical parlor if they ever make one.
I hope they add delay and amp models in the future.
I’d like one of each amazing guitars 🎸

I got the LS-TA and immediately sought the CG-TA. There was one (1) for sale in the entire country. I got it.
I vote 🗳 for the classical for sure
What is the nut width on the CSF? Does the neck feel small and narrow? Great review.

@@AlamoMusic The CSF3M nut width is slightly bigger than 1-11/16" (1.6875"), it's 1.692" according to their website.
thanks..I believe the classical one sounds better..both of them are very nice guitars...
Does it seem gimmicky, would someone prefer this over, say, a mini Taylor or a 000jr ce ?
I bought two. Both have an unplayable buzz under the bridge. Thoughts anyone?
WOW Very cool too bad I can not afford these guitars ....
My TransAcoustic definitely powers down after being left idle.

@Lionheart Lucas I mean that if I put it down for an extended period without manually turning it off, when I return to it the power is off nonetheless. It's not out of batteries, because I can still turn it on and play. Like this since I bought the guitar and happens w/ fresh alkalines or NiMH rechargeables.

@Lionheart Lucas Try 'em out for yourself. Any big guitar store is going to have 'em both. I think you'll find them hard to beat for a campfire/couch guitar. Pretty much anywhere you won't have access to outboard reverb.
I’m really a steel string guy, but after seeing and hearing both together I believe the classical sounds better. Of course, the player on the video has a lot to do with that.
How do you charge/replace batteries ?

It's a triple A battery. The battery compartment slides out
I played one today at the shop. Amazing I'm telling you if you love acoustic and classical I strongly recommend you try it I couldn't even believe it. Anyway. There's gotta be a way to buy the electrical component separately. I want to customize my Cordoba
I test drove both and the classical was fantastic. I went a different direction, but it was close. EDIT: Now 3 years later I want to get one...

Hi, can you give me an advice? Between the Taylor 110e, the Taylor 114ce, the Martin D-12E and the Martin D-10E, which one is better? Thank you.

Good videos-p
Testing my patience for a description.
Je suis un débutant pour l’apprentissage de la guitare, et je recherche un bon investissement. J’ai besoin d’un instrument facile pour l’apprentissage. J’hésite entre 2 modèles de Yamaha: FG-TA Transacoustic, CSF-TA
Yamaha GC-TA or Taylor 12e-N ?
@7:50 parlour
Classical
How much is classical guitar?
CG TA never had a nylon string before
Reminds of the Interstellar theme
The parlour looks great but the mahogany makes it a little tinny
But what happens when the battery runs out?

You replace the batteries. You can buy rechargeable batteries so you’re not needing to buy fresh ones all the time.
so they have mini amps built in in other to give you these features ,, to me waste of money

There is no speaker. We showed an image of it. It is a transducer, the guitar is the speaker - Chris ;)
ruined it without a cutaway
i played these guitars a gimmick the trans nonsenses sounds fake and processed otherwise excellent guitars
