MB was renamed awhile back most of the zone towns have actual names instead of the zone name city.

this looks nice, now imagine they did better job at advertising all those changes... but instead, they decided miscommunicate everything and piss whole community :/

It's still an MMO, the "classes" are irrelevant as soon as you get other weapons in the world. If they fix all the bugs plaguing the combat its easily a few hundred hours of gameplay. Unfortunately, the reason they lost a million players was poor communication, never realized promises, lies, lies, lies. Its strongest selling point was its "dark souls" esque combat on an mmo scale, unfortunately their engine is junk and constantly rubberbands, desyncs etc. wait for a sale and in depth review.

Wait what? This looks far better than just a console port. AGS communication skills are really... on another level xD Same for the person that created the hair of hapless howe. I kind of love how he has a ring of hair over his forehead xD I really hope they rework some systems. For example how servers work. When we get the same waiting qeues to empty server and not being able to play with friends bullshit again, they might ruin the experience just by that. Would be a shame. Posted this below the official trailer as well. They should just copy guild wars 2 serverstructure. Its working fine and is not holding back people like in new world. I hope they give us classes as well. Im fine with leveling a new character if the game is made for that (gathering skills accountwide for example). This would mean we do not need to continue playing on the same character after a pause and try to figure out what we were doing before we left, but could relearn the game. Also start new with friends and have different characters for different roles instead of the halfbaked equip load system. Right now it doesnt make any sense to start a new character unless you like chopping trees all day. I might check this out when it releases.

looks like the intro in the beginning has insane graphics while when you go to the cross world, the graphics are "downgraded" a little bit, might be because that area was designed for console players only.. anyways, more to come.

Dang bro. People in the comments can be brutal 😂. I, for one, enjoyed the video. And honestly the game looks beautiful. The entrance with that swimming and water reflections is gorgeous. The truth is that console players are going to love the game. Whether they continue developing NW, I don’t know. We’ll see.

I've played through the game multiple times. I dont think my mental could take another play though xD However, I do think console players should experience the game like most of us did. I know there is a lot of negativity around the game, but that's coming from people with thousands of hours LOL

Half a decade later you'd expect an MMO developer to offer some degree of personalized UI customization. Letting the player move, scale and hide HUD elements would make a huge difference.

It feels weird seeing someone that has played the game so much speaking about it like its new. So they added swimming and reset starting zones. Again! nothing much to really be excited about. Once you get to the first town probably the exact same game. End game content and PVP lacking enough to keep player base engaged. Servers are too small too. Many dead areas due to low player count. Love the combat but thats about it. They not improving in the areas that matter to the players that actually matter.

I tried to be as positive as possible since my last video came off negative 😅 I do think people who haven’t played the game should. There’s no denying a lot of us had a great time for a year or two on the game. People on console deserve the excitement and fun we all had for this game. I don’t even play the game anymore and have no desire to install it again. However, I do have fun making these videos 😂

Got so many hours in this game now I laugh when I see ten hits to kill a level 1 guy. As a console game it has a lot of content now that will keep people busy for many many hours. After 4k hours I have to admit my disappointment at being thrown under the bus as a PC player tho. Still play and still grind a little bit but that is now only because of passing time through the lack of any worthwhile alternatives. One thing I dont do is spend money anymore on useless rewardless events and season passes.

Meh...they've yet again revamped the starting experience. New World is fun for a bit until you get to max level and skills and realize there's not much of an endgame. And then there's the constant stream of game-breaking bugs, the horribly designed PVE fights, the lack of PVP updates and horrible balancing (having weapons being disabled for days on end is something that has been happening regularly), the 40-60 GB pointless updates just to replace 5 MB of the game, the lack of communication and acknowledgement of issues (they've shut down their forums a while ago and they just love to ban people from their discord server just for suggesting solutions as I've found out when the expansion came out and for a while they refused to make new servers to accomodate the high traffic of returning players) and so on. My advice, as a player with 3400 hours in this game is to just avoid the hassle and play something else.

The cutscene at 12:26 is recycled from the Blood of the Sands questline in season 2. The only differences are the background and the woman in the center.
