Every question is relevant. When you ask people "stupid" questions the intention is to irritate them so that whatever script they are going to follow they lose track.

@babakawaz8225 if that's the case it clear works because I myself get irritated with their questions. But here's a thing with "irrelevant" questions, the answers to those don't change the evidence. For example Mngomezulu asked the witness to direct the court back to the crime scene, while the witness says to him it's actually the suspect who directed them to the crime scene so he wouldn't know. At the end of the day they got to the crime scene took pictures, some showing the suspect pointing. His questions did not change anything, did not challenge the evidence. The evidence remains the suspect directed them to the crime scene and cooparated

The challenge with this case is that.... The judge acts as a lawyer for the state. So you never know the purpose of the defence tactics. In this case... Remember they have information that is drawn from reliable sources which is found on 375. And this court is trying so hard to block it.

Yeah,it's like they want extra pay, because look at they had 7 months to get statements and that 205 but nothing and I come to court,it's a way to earn money because I'm sure these misfits where hand picked NOT NGOMEZULU 😂

There's no irrelevant question in court. Every question has its own significance.

@sandilefilita2212 stop kidding here, if your question doesn't prove anything or doesn't challenge the evidence there's no significance behind it hence judge Ratha gets so irritated, it's so unprofessional, time dragging unnecessary and that is why the defense won't win this case🤞
