I think the placement of your water dispenser and trash can look great where you chose. For the island if you like flowers, maybe a beautiful vase with some vibrant flowers in it. Not to much up there and it will make you happy without the clutter. Hey, I'm first. Yea!!!!!! I would put a big round vase with big greens. Sorry you feel not well after eating bread. Love the trash can and soap dispenser.
