    I'm an overweight 71 year old man who's just retired. Never exercised, except for an occasional walk around the block. Glad I found this video via The NY Times! I know I've got to get off my duff and get into shape, as I'm facing a hip replacement in a few months. Thank you for this inspiration!

    Thank God us senior citizens have a workout that we can do at a slower pace and still achieve resorts. I love these and I will make ever effort to do them on a regular basis. Thank you so much. I’m over 70 also.

    I am 84 and just found your exercise videos and just love them. I usually walk, but with the extremely hot weather we are having am unable to do that, Your classes are helping me to keep moving and I love that I can do them whenever I want and as often as I want. Thank you.

    Hi April and Aiko, I am 62 years old and am flat footed, with a bunyan and was obese, and my phycian put me on cholestrol tablets and told me to go on a strict diet, and walk. I walked, and 10 minutes later, limped back home. That was on April 25th... Then I found you! And today, I walked miles, (not exaggersting), climbed stairs, and I just turned on your video to do more ... You are amazing! You encourage with your soothing and lively chatter, the workouts are easy to follow and I am sharing your videos with all my friends who complain of various ailments because I believe they can become super fit just like me, thanks to you. ❤

    I'm not a senior yet ...55 years young but I was hopsitalized over a year ago with covid and have been totally sedentary because of heart racing issues and getting out of breath easily. I found this video and your 10 minute walk for seniors and am so happy I did. Thanks for making a video for those of us who are truly beginners and getting back on our feet.

    Oh ladies you are a life saver! Recently I had a trapped nerve in my lower back and also I was caring for my lively grandson. Every morning before he woke, I would literally crawl out of bed and do your warm up to loosen my body. After a few days my back was better. Thank you 🎉🎉🎉

    I do belong to my local fitness group. Once a week for an hour we meet up and go through the exercise regime that your video shows. I’m in my 70’s and have medical problems,ie a recently broken shoulder that resulted in having surgery to screw the bones back together. This has resulted, despite physiotherapy, in restricted movement. I’m also a Diabetic and have COPD. I do enjoy the class though and feel it’s very important that despite being the age I am, you must do some form of exercise whilst you are able. Thank you for your video.

I thought all hope was lost for when it came to getting fitter, I'm 58 with a few body joint problems shoulder rotation cuff being most concern. But doing all your work outs I should be able to not have false implant in my shoulder, phyiso hasn't worked for me but this is ,truly thank yous 🙂

    I am watching this with anticipation! Though only 62, I had a total hip replacement seven years ago (needed it much sooner). I' be been looking for a gentle exercise program that's easy to follow. You seem to be the ticket and with the different levels, I really like it. Thanks. Tomorrow is a new start!

    It sure helps when you say what your body should feel like when your doing exercise the right way. I found myself not doing it right until you would say what it should feel like. Love your videos do them 45 minutes 6 days a week. Age 75. Thank you.

    Hi April and Aiko! I found this warm up easy, effective, and fun. I came away feeling as though I'd done a mini exercise routine and I felt great afterward. In fact, on a day when sleep eludes me overnight, this qualifies as an appropriate exercise for pooped out me! This one's a keeper to add to my collection of warm ups because I love variety.     April, your mom is d.a.r.l.i.n.g. I bet she's a neat mom! I'm glad she joins you in the workouts! I always like seeing her with you! I fell forward flat on my chest a couple of weeks ago. Starting back to exercise... only very gently. Your warm-up and 20 minute session was perfect yesterday. It didn't hurt in any way.     There was a long line at the drugstore this morning. The wait, which was over twenty minutes, made me think of April asking, " When could you do these exercises?" and Aiko answering, "Waiting in line.." Well, I stopped standing there and got busy! I did all the hand exercise, most of the foot exercises, some neck exercises, and then the single leg lifts, point and flex and foot circles. People in line noticed. Thety were not making fun of me. They were interested in what I wwas doing and why I was doing it. I told them about Yes2next how much my joint pain has decreased as my muscles strengthen and my flexibliy increases. Two other gray haired ladies with no cares in the world began to exercise with me! It was a blast! All this exercise and friendliness made the long wait a lot less taxing! Thank you for being in my head. I like the way I am thinking now.

    I am so glad you made this statement. It also fits very closely to my situation. I had yet to find something that I could do at my weight level and with serious knee complications. I too have had 2 knee surgeries and am pending a 3rd. I have very little movement and muscle strength. I get extremely exhausted. I just came across them and stopped to watch this one. I am hoping they have many more that I may be able to do as I truly want to make an improvement in my health life. Thank you for sharing.

I train & had to take off for a couple of weeks to rest my strained wrist & implemented this regimen this morning & the beginning soft stretches from your other video & my body feeling so so so good before doing my weights for leg day & This will be also great for my Mom to do with me as she needs to begin stretching due to her body having inflammation.     Thought would add this video to my regime. Currently doing 5 exercises for shoulder, hip exercises, warm up (of course) . I only use 250g weights. I also aim to walk as much as my feet will allow. It is such a joy to exercise with you both each morning. Is Autumn now here in Australia. Getting a lttle chilly.
