Psst easiest way to defeat seat belt alerts is to buy the male end from a junkyard and plug it in. Unless it's a nonstandard size which I doubt.

I agree on the beeper being annoying as I am driving a 98 International 9100 Series truck that has been equipped to haul bulk potatoes from the field. Due to the fact it sometimes visits the local plant that makes french fries and other potato items I have to have a back up alarm. Talk about something you hear even in your sleep.

just click the set belt into itself on the seat, like the old school Deere skid steers had to, and yank the damn plug on the motion alarm, or try press and holding sown the cancel button for 7 seconds.

the amount of different work you guys do I'm surprised you don't get a hydraulic quick coupler then you could have your 48 inch digging bucket then a 66 inch clean up and a clearing rake. Hell even a bolt on coupler be better than nothing

For the seatbeltwarning: Just fabricate a small metal piece that matches in size to the original seatbelt clip and stick it in (just leave it long enough so you can take it out without any trouble) or get one cheaply off ebay - look for "seatbelt clip". A simple solution for the beeping is probably to just remove the breaker for it or unhook the beeper (hopefully it will not throw out any fault codes)

What's wrong with the 210? It wouldn't be better to stick with the pre emissions machine or is it not worth to wait for the next thing to break on the 210?

Cutter blades. i wonder if the cutter blades are actually installed TOO HIGH.. if you bring them down closer to bottom of the bucket.. you might get only smaller easy to break out branches and debris wedged in.. or if adding a C faced plate to each one so its closer to the bottom of the bucket and does not have the area to jam stuff into.. only thoughts..

also, we found out that the best way to get rid of the beeping is to just hook up the seatbelt, and leave it connected under your ass while you're operating. i'm not sure if the sensor for it is connected to the seatbelt buckle, or if it reads if the belt has been pulled out, or both.. i theorize that you could just cut off the buckle and connect it, then take the loose end of the belt and tie it up to something under your seat or something. never tried it though

I agree with the use of seat belts in airplane and road vehicles,..but that's it ! In heavy equipment it is a safety hazzard, as far as I am concerned. I won't get into the reason's why I think that, but I just added my opinion to Chris's. This is a good looking machine, and as I worked in heavy equipment and rented it too,.I KNOW what abuse rental equipment can be subjected to. First thing I would want done , at the dealer's expense, is change ALL the fluids AND filters. Because sure as heck the rental customers would not have done this. I also agree with getting rid of those annoying alarms too,..god, pretty soon, they will want rubber teeth on a chain saw , so you won't cut yourself !! Nice machine Chris, now let's see how she performs.

EC220's have been around for about 4-years now, but that $120k for a >500-hr machine is a bit much, that comes down to around $15 per hour depreciation (to 5k hours), plus that $20 an hour for diesel and DEF, you're breaking even at $60 an hour for just an operator, maintenance and fuel - or around $100 an hour to turn a dime. You've got to have deep pockets for most machines like this, or SERIOUS contract work.

Be interesting how long that emissions motor goes before it needs rebuilt. I'd say 85% or better of semi trucks with emissions motors rarely make it over 600,000miles without major repairs, especially Mack trucks (Volvo made Mack trucks). Just speaking from experience. Good luck.
