Hi Brother, You should record video at 4K 30fps, if you want to directly use it as a cinematic shot. If you want to slow your video, you need to record video at 4K 60fps or 120fps and at the time of editing slow down the video till 0.5 speed. You will get a good cinematic shots for sure. 😊
