Sandor, I am thinking of getting 1.4S Turbo version 4x4 with 140 hp. I will buy good offroad/winter tyres. Do you think it will be okay with Vitara in average offroad platforms (Muddy, mountainy) and in snow? Thanks.

yes.is not an off road car but the vitara can makeamazing things.good tyres are welcome andmedium off road s workinand very good choice :)

what tyres do u recommend for this car for easy off-road? perhaps nokian weatherproof is some kind of compromise? continental allseasoncontact?

HI.Glad to write to me. I think is a little bit more important to have a kind of mud profile.this video was made by winter tyres, and the allgrip system could manage that.nokian is good, conti is good, as you see it was not a hard off road stuff.it was a mud fun, presenting that dadrailway. all the best,if yoy have question just write to me:)

have you ever been in mud in off road?:)othervise in vitara to lock the diff , you have to turn off esp.i use to go to off road competitions.nobody use esp;)

electronic stability program (ESP) or dynamic stability control (DSC), is a computerized technology that improves a vehicle's stability by detecting and reducing loss of traction When ESP detects loss of steering control, it automatically applies the brakes to help "steer" the vehicle where the driver intends to go. Braking is automatically applied to wheels individually, such as the outer front wheel to counter oversteer or the inner rear wheel to counter understeer. Some ESC systems also reduce engine power until control is regained

Hi Roberto.This is the new vitara, is a SUV, the off road cars era is going down:( It s my father's car, is 4x4, can manage soft off road tracks.Soon i will post movies with my old vitara, the real vitara:)

this car is not an off roader you should know.i m going fo real off road with the other car no problem.maybe with that movies you will find sth else wrong.but it s ok.today everibody who knows where is the shutter button on camera is going to be on critycs.:)
