I don’t really think so. Usually surveillance video is pulled for evidence if the surviving victim actually files charges. I pretty sure if someone is deleted the authorities will automatically get access to video. I will say in this case someone saw this and it’s probably because Diddy brought it to their attention in order to pay the 50K.

It’s probably like that for many wealthy people. The hotel staff would have no idea that you want to rent the entire floor so you can beat up your girlfriend in privacy. It’s not their fault. Did they review those tapes immediately or do they review them only if there’s a problem?

There are actually protections for patrons of the hotel. Typically they don’t get involved. I was property manager and reported child endangerment and I was reprimanded and written up for it… it’s crazy! These companies only care about money…

This is so heartbreaking and hard to watch. I’m so sorry Cassie that you had to go through this. You can tell when he’s hitting her and kicking her and she just lays there that she’s used to this.
