I mean, realistically speaking it cut them down after one strike so not really true… A boss is a boss per say for a reason, it did work, weapons killing any faster are overpowered which is why this game takes zero skill Play a game like Destiny or Wow and you’re not 1 shooting bosses which is how a game should be for major battles

Its basically a great Rad Rumble tool. I tested it and also have a quad and its double ammo capacity is a nice addition.

I think I will stick with my v ffr fr but maybe that’s just me.

I'd love to have it, it seems fun! Also Grenadier perk works on the explosion size.

It's OK. I tested it against a quad/50crit/faster reload and didn't feel as effective.

Actually switched it out for my quad with 15% reload as well. 30 less ammo means I reload a bit more, but that faster reload makes it not painful. I run a heavy explosive build, so it is for tagging at events like rad rumble which it is absolutely perfect for.

Anchorage Ace is nice. I don't like this Tesla but use the rare submachine gun all the time. It's pretty close to a handmade or fixer. The difference in dps only begins to show vs very tanky mobs and even then it's still close.

I finally got it yesterday. Can safely say it willl be my tagging gun for events so i won't bother rolling for a quad tesla

As a fairly newer player under 60. Got this weapon and feel like i can finally join some harder world events and help the team with waves of enemies. Game changer for me at my level in this game and on solo missions can wipe ppl out. Have auto on also and it's always my secondary. The Vampire Fixer is the first.

For just tagging in events i switch to shotgun barrel. It works perfectly.. it does enough damage to get credit, spreads everywhere with 6 different arcs of lightning and the ammo usage is minimal. Also the impact on durability is minimal, you won’t notice it breaking often since you aren't firing rapidly. You conserve A LOT of ammo and allow others to participate more in events.

I find it best for a supporting role. It works really well for getting rid of the small mobs in events like Seismic Activity and stuff like that. The chain lightning is really great for that

I haven’t gotten this one yet. I got Red Terror and the V63 Gatling laser. Can’t remember its name. Both are fun but I’d say they both pretty much how you’re describing this one. The laser is already in my stash. I’m using RT to clear dailies.

Last night i got laser R63-Helga and tested it bc the 50ArmorPenetration and the 25AD sounded good, could this be a good antiboss wep? any opinion on that wep or suggested bloodied build to heavy energy wep?

Love using this gun for tagging enemies in events. Personally I love it, but does it seem like an endgame weapon? I cannot answer that, but it is fun to use!

I’ve been hunting for this but got the new energy Gatling from the raid instead.

Can anyone here tell me how to rebuild the game database? My googling must suck because I can't find any info on how to do it. I'm on PC playing through Steam.

Thunder Mountain is great for exp farming. 10 enemies spawn every minute and they all stack up on one spot. I was earning 120,000 exp an hour. Was 240,000 but my very well rested wore off.

I tried to repeat it but I guess it was just a bugged. I somehow got the lost to keep spawning 10 every minute at Thunder Mountain. They all would run to the exact same spot so 1 cremator shot would kill them. It was earning 2500 exp with only 28 int and 10% exp.

I don’t know if it’s a glitch or not but I’ve encountered an infinite spawn of lost ghouls at the Dangerous Pastimes event area without the event being active, I’ve gotten a bunch of levels and junk from just killing the ghouls and it’s occurred more than once

oh I thought it was from the nuke event. Guess ill be grinding the public till I get it finally.

I wish we got Tesla canon with this update. Looks fitting to me . But unfortunately scoreboard this time looks somewhat bad. Still thanks for your videos. And I would gladly use this Tesla rifle .

Second weapon i got from the new weapons this update and just sucks for me because i dont havw acess to a lot of the legendary perks and im restricted on slots for other perks 😔 saying in my box for the meantime until i get up there

I am looking to trade for the V63-Helga. I can buy with caps, or trade. I have the Anchorage Ace, V63-Bertha, and Red Terror I am willing to use as trade pieces.

I got it on the first hour after the patch went live first event and i got it, pretty lucky, but its gathering dust in a weapon display at my camp after watching this i guess ill give it another try with a proper build or just use it for rad rumble

You need damage perks because each target after the first of each arc gets less damage

the damage isn't fantastic but man is it fun. had trouble in west tek but this is gonna be my goto for events, especially tagging. breaking is an issue tho. im just grinding for bow perks cuz now that we have quiver backpacks im totally sold : )

I like my quad Tesla. I also have a AP Tesla, but i don't really like it as much, and will probably just sell it.

Make a build with this gun and take a enclave plasma rifle that's either bloodied or anti armor with 50% crit damage for the ranged and really tanks mobs and you'll have a good time.

Random q for anyone I'm new player when joining enclave I'm upto the part where you launch a nuke I'm assuming u set where so I also need a to nuke the Monongah Mine yeah so will this kill 2 birds one stone or not dnt wanna waste as I've not successfully ran it yet I'll get there

First time using it after I got it was for the new nuke event and it gave me such a false idea of how good it is. It's definitely not an equivalent to something like a really good railway rifle where you can do a lot of damage to bosses and higher level enemies, it's definitely more for like rad rumble or uranium fever where you need to kill a lot of lower level enemies in a smaller space.

How in the heck do you have such high damage for this gun? I match all perk cards and mods and only have 2x34.

I love using this gun when im in evens where there are lots of waves of enemies like radiation rumble for xp

I felt tesla rifle is just too ammo hungry. I wasnt doing bloodied build (so my dmg was lower). Also as 2-star effect i would rather have +25% more dmg while aiming, rather than FFR. Anyways im quite happy swiching over to gatling gun and now only using my tesla for certain events (tagging). Anyways, nice review MrWestTek.

What do you think about the Red Terror LMG?

It's 40 scrip. AAE, BE, or maybe QE is what you want on LMG. You can however apply the Red/Green Terror skins on your existing LMGs.

Its base magazine should be 30 on the auto ngl, so a double should be 60, and a quad should be 120

I think Quad is the best prefix for Tesla's

V63- Bertha will beat both when there are multiple enemies in front of you. Also, Fixer and RWR are meh. I don't care about meta, i don't like guns that feels bad to shoot. Both Fixer and RWR are pure trash in that regard. Poorly animated and unusable without using vats.

@@MrZlocktar Good for you. I am low health build which mainly focuses on only using VATS, so my build with RR and fixer is always going to be superior to me than any tesla rifle that's primarily meant only for tagging enemies.

I sold mine for 4-6 k caps and someone bought it with in a couple hours

my friends are calling it berth-ezda because of how often it breaks animations of mobs when they try to spawn lol

Its good for mobs, but a Q2515 is still king.

Didn't even realize that I got it on update day, very first event. And some Commie LMG. Not one of my current builds I have on this character. I prefer my railway rifle tbh. But, it is fun as you mentioned.

The crashes since Skyline valley make the game unplayable. I've crashed as many as 3 times in 20 minutes, and not just at a vendor or stash box. Fallout has always been my favorite game, but Bethesda, and how they handle issues, is my least favorite studio . . . does that even make sense? Maybe not but its how I feel.

Really amazing gun, why are you so modest about it. It's way above average. It's in "good" territory for sure. There is simply no other tesla rifle that can achieve such a high DPS burst in one reload. I don't think that Quad can deal this much damage in one burst. And the most important part is paint. It got a very nice paint and i can't stand the standard paint on the tesla rifle. This gun is a nice pair for plasma builds. Plasma for long range and V-63 Bertha for close range. It does wonders.

I’ve had a 2 shot quad ammo and that just mows down lower enemies like the ones that swarm sadly that was before they added level 100 enemies and more so I said yeet bc grounded mutation nerfed it so I said nah need the carry weight 😂

Since I have a Quad with 25 fire rate and 50 vat, it can barely compare. I left a bit disappointed. But one thing I want to admit is that it is a great addition from BGS for the new players who don't have to wait years to get a god roll weapon.

Is it because they ruin events? I dont mind someone using them in the open world. But seeing railway all the time in events pisses me off tbh. So yeah i kinda agree they should tone down railways just a bit
