Yes, that’s true, but the leftover card stock can be used to put sentiments or other die cuts.

I absolutely love this technique...I cannot buy any cardmaking supplies because I am currently organizing my studio and I have found so much unused product. This technique will allow me to use embossing folders, both new and rarely used. Thanks for the great tutorial, as always, very informative, helpful, and enjoyable 😉

I always get so excited when I see you have posted a new KZread video! I subscribe to a lot of card makers, and your videos are my favorites, because you experiment with so many different kinds of techniques, and the cards you show look so perfect. Thanks for going to so much work to work out the kinks first. I keep a notebook to take notes when I watch videos, and it is full of ideas from you and others.

The black glossy card stock example reminded me of that black specialty papers that Crayola sells. Take a pen and color shows up in the drawing
