As to the mods seen here, I like the T-55m. I quite respect the designer's laser focus on a specific era, and so something that nicely fits in there is appreciated. For more fan content - I'd like to see more 1950's/60s vehicles. World War Two has been featured quite often, the two decades after receive almost no attention from simulations. (I also really want to see submarine warfare in the mid to late 50s, when nuclear subs are still a novelty, but the influence of the type XXI has taken hold. Probably not in GHPC though.) I'm quite certain the game's engines can handle other eras but the developers are rightly focused on their vison, so its up to molders to make this.

@@SwissAdmiral That is very interesting. I know nothing about programing, so I can't offer a way to help. At least I do know I should be impressed the devs have made (even if the game is incomplete) a very robust engine.

Woah, I wish some of the mods would be added to the official game at some point. I almost never download mods in any games, but the quality of the mods shown in the video is incredible.

i really hope the devs let the modders do whatever with this game, it's style of gameplay is a great fit for various kinds of mods, the devs can make the game of their vision and modders can make whatever the hell else people want

So far I played with the M1A1 and M3A2, both with the NATO ERA as well as the T-72B. I thought Pact increased lethality was only for shells, I'll have to have a look thanks to you. I started to mod the game because while I find 1985 interesting, I find it quite uninteresting to play something like a T-55 which can't reliably hit anything further than 800m in active combat. As a whole I find more modern combat interesting which is the reason for the mods I downloaded. Depicting 5% of the war in Ukraine is very interesting but even so, the campaign gets stale after the 5 repeat scenarios with different vehicles.

Desert Storm Map is needed.

Every game/sim is enriched by mods, no matter if you like them or not. It draws players, ideas and variety and especially for such a small dev studio of just a handful of people, that is good. I don't play it very often, but I supported them since begin of 2022 I think on Patreon. And personally I love mods. If I use mods is an entirely different story tho. I am especially interested in liveries/textures but even things like different trees, houses and what not. Because it still looks to "clean", too empty...I don't know, I like more of a ArmA 3 vibe, when it comes to graphics and ground fights (and maybe even terrain). I don't like city battles/maps like in the arcade games WoT and such. But I definitely like a more "alive" surrounding. For more immersion.

Wait Atlas has updated the Pact lethality but still hasn't updated the M1A1, a nudge would be nice if i may say

In the ghpc folder after you installed your mods and run the game at least once, go to Userdata and open up the melonpeference config file as a text.

Is there any multiplayer in the game, whether it be versus or co op

seems like people like PACT more than NATO which doesn't make sense to me, if you want Russian bias then go play warthunder, im always getting crap about adding the M1A1
