Hi Nanalle, @NanelleGriselda Thank you for providing me with detailed information. I have a query regarding my current situation. I am currently on a healthcare visa but am planning to change my job. I have been offered a position in a govt agency. I was issued a Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) in February, but I submitted my application after 4th April 2024. Based on your explanations, am I eligible for consideration for the lower rate, considering that my COS was issued before the new salary threshold was introduced? Additionally, my job is not listed amongst the 23 ISL but it's on the SOC. Finally, I erroneously chose yes that my job was on the ISL, although my visa has been submitted waiting for a decision. What becomes my faith as I discovered I chose yes after submission?

Your interpretation of the new ISL is awesome and you also mentioned about those already in the UK. My question is, if you are already in the UK under a different type of visa and applying for the Healthcare skilled worker visa, must you also meet the minimum salary threshold?

hi dear i guess i didnt understand your question earlier, based on the time you are applying for the visa you may need o meet the standard minimum rate unlss its under health and care visa or cos was isued before 4 April 2024

Nursing is not on the ISL so no code is needed but type "Agenda for Change NHS Pay Scale" on google for the pay scale

Please nanelle so if the person on care job has 3years visa before and switch to new employer after the 3years expired,the person can apply for extension with the low salary not the new one right?

Pls can u explain the salary threshold for the NHS, I would appreciate it so much if a video is made about that, cos as it stands now, a lot of NHS trust are refusing to give COS to their clinical support workers, they keep making references to Home office new salary threshold as a reason.
