mainly because garusoft does not get any funds at all i suppose. their games are not very popular and the developers probably have second jobs to support themselves. creating models, coding etc. is both money and time consuming. the game is actually pretty complex compared to the other games such as high school simulator, high school girls simulator, and those games are pretty much abandoned while sakura still updates atleast occasionally. the chinese version is basically a mod. the code is not made from scratch like it is on sakura. and the updates on the chinese version are mostly clothes. the recent updates for sakura have been that amusement park update (which was MASSIVE) and some updates sorrounding the app store rating of the game, which in my opinion are more time consuming than making some clothes on already existing code.

Chinese version is extremely perfect than original version, it's had many clothes so very beutiful, so i hope the original version will be a new update to better in the future. ❤
