Just login the same account there and then you access the device

But I dint received encrypted code my both phones cameras are offline now

You can go to Manage Sharing Settings, then cancel Sharing by deleting the account of the person you don't want him to be able to see your cctv

Hi one question, when i recieve a notification from a motion detection in the camara through the hikvision app, where the video playback come from? From the hard drive of the NVR OR THE SD card in the THE CAM?

Depend on you add nvr device or camera device on hik app
