Guys I’ll explain. You see, it’s because they possibly might’ve downgraded their version of Xenoverse 2 to the previous version before the update was released. That’s basically how they’re still using mods. But, I wouldn’t recommend you guys do the same because quite a few people ran into some issues doing so. Also, as you’re aware, the patcher was removed from the website until it’s finished updating so we can’t use mods as of now whilst downgrading. Echo Victory here must’ve gotten the patcher and downgraded BEFORE the patcher was removed from the website temporarily.
