Good morning and I am so glad to see you doing better. Your body will let you know when to stop and rest. I had my hysterectomy 14 years ago and I pushed myself and paid for it later. Be blessed.

Thanks for the tips, it sure will. Soon as it say stop I relax for the rest of the day. I learned to slow down and not feel like I need to do all these things that will be there later. I’ll do what I can when I can until I’m healed
