Lenny I am a traditionalist I have always used iron sights I tried the red dot and couldn't keep the screws from backing out I tried everything

@@rodm2345 Amazing! Definitely recommend. Took them 4 days to mill, install optic and zero. Had it back in hand in 6 days.

EO Tech was my first circle dot experience, and I love it.

Enclosed optics are a must for me, especially for concealed carry and rough conditions.

I know optics take alot to manufacture but the price of them is hard to justify when they are as much a as another gun

Think about it this way: another gun will not help you when someone comes for yours or your family’s life. Optics on the guns you already have will. Same logic applies to WMLs for home defense weapons.

I managed to get an RCR to put on my S&W MP9 Spec. Unfortunately the capstan screws that ship with it aren’t long enough to mount on an M&P. So I called Trijicon to get the #8-32 long screws. I figured they’d say sure, what’s your address we’ll send you a couple. But no, they charged me $7 apiece plus almost $11 shipping, and said it might take two weeks to ship. So yay for made in America, but I have a $700 useless trinket until I can get some screws that appear to be ever rarer than the optic.

I just can’t imagine spending that kind of money on one. It better come with an amazing warranty first that price.

Loctite does make a blue high temp 246 instead of the normal 242 blue loctite.

Can't find the RMRHD anywhere!

I tend to think that some of these videos can get repetitive. Obviously not this video because it’s a new product but I think a series on all the different kinds of glocks would be cool. Maybe a compare and contrast series and explain why someone would go for this Glock rather than the other or whatever.

Now, if Trijicon would make one with a green dot.

Anyone know if the G17 with Combat Cut (dovetail in front of optic) is compatible with the Alien Gear Force Duty holster?

My local gunsmith gave me a 6 week lead time to get my slide optic cut and cerakoted. To me that is an unacceptable wait time. I will be sending my Glock slide in when I get my optic.

If you live in humid area, i dont recommend using reflex optics on your "carry" gun as it will fog it up.

What do you have for a G40. I see nothing on your website for a G40.

I have shot metallic sights on handguns for 30 years. When I started with reflex red dot optics I had zero issues. I was so reluctant to try the red dot because of all of the information online saying transferring from metallic to a red dot took lots of work and practice. This is not always the case !! If you are reluctant to try a reflex optic, don’t be, get one on a handgun that you are familiar with and go for it. You may find it’s not a big deal. Your split times and accuracy will definitely get better.

Nice option but Hard to beat the HOLOSUN MOS which is a easy drop in for the Glock mos models no brainer

Will the RMR HD fit on a Glock 43X?

I always thought rmr stood for rear mounted red dot

A decade, minimum before purchasing MOS/RMR here. However, Glock 49 is very nice.

I would love to put a red dot on my pistol but these goobers are making a laser and glass the price of an entire pistol and in trijicons case an entire rifle.

This circus installation makes you really appreciate the concept Sig developed for the military M17 / M18 with the Romeo M17. Install from below the slide with one single screw torqued down to a beefy 40 in-lbs.

Why couldn’t you think of a red dot fastener like a wedge? That would rule out unscrewing.

$850.00 for the big square one, and $750.00 for the smaller one. That's ridiculous.

I’ve never owned Trijicon I can tell you the three Holosun Products I own are all working perfectly with one 507c approaching 7 1/2 years old. Never a problem with any of them.

I'll take my chances with blue loctite, not putting a heat gun anywhere near a $700 red dot

So Trijicon is now playing catch up. Don’t be fooled . If they didn’t have to Trijicon would be happy with selling the regular RMR for a high price . They never intended to have to come out with their own model. They were forced by necessity.

Don't like that cue chalk sized sight.

Maybe you only tried thick plates or dovetail mounts? If so try custom slide or thin plates. In general it only takes a few sessions of dryfire to get the presentation right.

You have some great products and your 10 day slide program is great however the wait for regular website items and customer service is the worse on the planet. I’ve cancelled more items than I’ve received due to wait and poor response time. I waited on hold the first time for 16:09 seconds then hung up. Tried to email with a response 2 days later, then called again and was on hold for 41 minutes and hung up again. Never will I order from you again. I will pay double else where for better service

For real they should exploit chinas slave labor like every other American company.

I hate when they bring up price or say Holosun is better. These optics blow out anything on the market I promise you. The RMR HD is literally the most advanced and durable optic to date besides the OG RMR.

The circle dot looks awfully Eotech ish. Have zero interest in co-witnessing. Three points of aim instead of one? No thanks. In an up close shooting, aiming isn't likely, anyway.

Basically $900 for the RCR. Hard pass. Trijicons going the wrong direction. Lol.

Trijicon is so behind and overpriced for their new offerings. Holosun has become king of pistol optics.
