I just discovered your videos about a month ago. I absolutely love your energy in the kitchen. My daughter and I have made several of your recipes together and they have all been delicious! I have been filling my freezer with so many make ahead meals. I’m also finding myself going rogue in the kitchen when I don’t have everything I need for a recipe and just adding whatever looks good. Sometimes it comes out good and sometimes I get a strange look from everyone at the dinner table....lol We have been having so much fun in the kitchen. God Bless You Kim! Your doing a great job at being a mom a wife a housekeeper a cook and now in these times a school teacher. Sometimes we just need to hear that. 🙂

My girls & I have been enjoying going outside in the evenings when it cools down. I dug out a badminton/volleyball set that I bought years ago & we'd never used. I also bought a Cornhole set, a giant Jenga game that stacks to over 5' tall & a giant bowling set. The bowling pins are 27" tall & weighted & the ball is 24". Gives us a variety of things to do without getting bored with any one thing. We'd had some of the best times playing the giant sized games. Giant sized things are kinda like mini sized things....seems so much more fun to play with/use. Even though everyone is over this quarantine we've really made some memories that I'll cherish for life! Seems like I blinked & my girls were teen/tween & spending more & more time with friends. I've enjoyed the slower paced life & the amount of time I've been able to spend with them. Little Eleanor's "drumroll" was so cute❤️

Baby Meredith gets prettier with each vlog. That whisk worked great, way cool. Cannot believe you ran 4 miles and were not in a puddle dying on the floor. You have been SMASHING the baking and wholesome meals you have been making. 🥗🥘🥧🍍🍌🍉You are nailing it!! My avocados froze!!! Had to balance things out and turn the fridge compartment a little warmer because those avocados 🥑do not come back.

That's where the instant pot really shines. You can brown with the saute setting then use the slow cooker setting to finish it off. One pot.

Who else is waiting for Meredith to say Hi party people, since she learned how to wave! She is precious. God bless her.
