I'm the skarmory lead. Really glad I was able to pull out the win here. Even with terrible alignment it wouldn't have felt good to lose to belibolt. Henry played a perfect game but unfortunately meta pokemon are meta for a reason.

Nice, I've been running Ariados in GL with Infestation, Cross poison & Megahorn, I like that this combination charges pretty fast. Now Trailblaze option is a good addition.

Dragonair seems like a pretty good safe swap or lead this season, many pokemons that are currently used are resisted by Dragon typing for defense like Fire/Water/Grass/Electric so having one as a safe swap is very good since many people are running Lanturn as well so it is a good check to it.

I believe trailblaze and cross poison would go hand in hand..quick charge move that hits for good neutral while gross move deals with jelly and the mud boyz

Cross Poison also has a chance to double boost attack as well which can work, just only slight problem is without Lunge you will lose against Lickitung Vigoroth and Cresselia notably just because of lowering the attack adds extra bulk.

maybe that one opponent with the lanturn could've been running hydro pump

If I was that final opponent I’d probably need a new phone right now lol OOF

A couple of them can survive at near full HP but not by a Frenzy Plant. Really depends on the pokemon your going against if the attack stat is high enough.

This metas super weird for me. Pokemon are super repetitive as always ill have counters then my whole team will get countered on the back end somehow. or the other way around where i just counter the enemies whole team. Season really feels like a coin flip for me so far

Ariados will be cooked against rising flyers Skarmory absolutely wall ariados, every move is double resisted
