as u mentioned the ns should write at 1500 hours but in the chart its showing 1400hours which one is correct

Simple signature should be fine.

Re: 1000 saline, on this exact example. The Saline is ordered "to start at 13:00 to run for 8 hours", is this what would be written on our scenario sheet? because the 125ml started at 14:00, thanks

Hi mam, I failed in fluid balance and in their feedback, they have mentioned that despite of calculated correctly the fluid balance, I have failed to demonstrate how to get that figure. I got the same fluid chart in Northumbria, but there is no specific space or column for total intake and total output. So I just given the balance only in the fluid balance columns. I was not sure is it possible to put the figures of intake and Output figures there. Fluid balance =60ml Positive Is it mandatory to put how we get the figure? Eg:intake 1800- output 1740=60 ???
