I used 9 level 2 dragon's 4 level 4 archers 1 level 4 wizard and 5 level 2 minions and I can get 2 stars on th9s and sometimes 3 stars

Ok Let me help you, in a recent update, 1 month ago approx. Supercell removed the extra barracks from the game and keep only 1 barracks. And these videos are from before that time so in video it is showing 4 barracks , it is no problem everything is same as other
